"Donna’s 60th Birthday Party" to receive the group rate.
In order for attendees to receive the group rate, all reservations must be made by February 4, 2026.
Our room block consists of a room in one of Bear Mountain Inn's Stone Cottages. Feel free to attempt to book a room on your own at the Inn. The Stone Cottage room block is what we are offered with the Merry Go Round Pavilion.
For your reference, each Stone Cottage features a cozy front porch and a shared living area equipped with a seasonal fireplace, microwave, and dry bar. The common area connects to six privately situated hotel rooms (accommodating two individuals per room, totaling 12 individuals per cottage), each room containing one queen-size bed, a private bath (with a tub), hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee maker, and television.
Please note that a $10 per-car parking fee applies, but overnight guests are exempt from this charge.
Additionally, as per the agreement, cancellations made within seven days of March 21st will be charged the full balance of the reserved room. Please plan accordingly. Note that if not all rooms in the Stone Cottages are booked within the block, there is a chance that outside guests may share space with our guests. The room rates quoted are non-commissionable. Applicable state and local taxes will be added to the room rates. Taxes and fees may change based on prevailing rates at the time of check-out. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the hotel’s property or facilities caused by the attendees.
